This coverage is to insure :

1. The cargo owner while goods carried in his own vehicle or when sent by carrier or

2. The legal liability of the truck owner as overland carrier against claims brought against him by the cargo's owner for loss or damage to the carried goods

caused by:

• Fire
  Collision and overturning of the carrying vehicle.

 Cover can be extended to insure the loss or damage while in transit caused by the following risks:

• Loading onto and/or unloading from the carrying vehicle.
  Rain water.
  Theft due to theft of the entire vehicle.
